Important when ordering shoes: Our experience has shown us that different factories produce different shoe sizes. For example a size 38 in one factory may be 245mm long while a size 38 in another factory may be 270mm long. In order to reduce the number of clients who receive the wrong shoe size we no longer ship according to the shoe size requested. The standard size 38 is between 240mm-255mm therefore if you order a size 38 we will ship a shoe that is 240mm-255mm even if the size printed on the shoe is a 39. Look closely at the graph we provide and measure your foot carefully before shipping. We will not be held responsible if you order the incorrect size. If the shoes you receive do not fit you will need to return them to China in order to receive a new pair.
